Scott Grimwood
Director
Scott is one of the driving forces behind Precision Made Joinery, having founded the business alongside Craig after they had worked together for many years. With a background in CAD and a deep knowledge of traditional joinery, Scott is particularly passionate about taking a client’s initial idea and turning it into something real. He is involved at every level of the business and is not afraid to get his hands dirty, because for Scott, great joinery starts with understanding the craft as well as the vision. Together with Craig, he has helped PMJ grow from a two-man team into a skilled team of more than 20, while keeping the focus firmly on exceptional joinery and personal service.

Seeing the team succeed and knowing that PMJ is creating something for the future. Scott sees the PMJ team as an extended family and takes real pride in providing opportunities for local people, creating jobs for the next generation and building a business that will become a lasting legacy for his own family.
Away from the workshop…
What do you enjoy getting up to outside PMJ?
When he is not working, Scott loves getting out to concerts and, most importantly, spending time with his children.
Your secret superpower?
If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?
More hours in the day, giving Scott the time to tackle every challenge head-on, find a solution and maybe even get ahead of the next one!
